On Feb. 27, the Chargers upended last year’s titlist Hickory Grove, 61-48, to win the N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association 3A championship at Forsyth Country Day School.

Falcons earn second crown

LEWISVILLE – Last season, the United Faith boys basketball team grabbed national attention by beating top-seeded Raleigh Word of God Academy in the N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association 1A finals.

On Feb. 27, the Falcons won their second consecutive title, topping Greenfield School, 84-74, at Forsyth Country Day School.
